There are 3 possible reasons why data files update does not work. In all these cases you will get an error message "Please check your INTERNET connection or Firewall setting and try again”. To fix this problem try following:
1. Your version of Ceiling Estimate from Armstrong is old. You can check the version "Build ID" in About box.

2. You do not have an internet connection.
Try to start Internet Explorer and fix the internet connection. If you can browse the web then it is ok.
3. You have enabled firewall software and it blocks all requests.
Check your firewall settings and allow access to internet for Ceiling Estimate from Armstrong.
